Refund and Return Policy

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will send you a brand new replacement product free of charge.

• Please contact us at ahmetkartshopify@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Lost Packages

• We take full responsibility for your order until it is delivered to you. If your package is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund or reship your order immediately.

Standard Returns

• If you simply change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for standard "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
