What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please send us clear photos of both the package and the damaged artwork. After reviewing them, we will send you a free replacement.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, an email with the carrier name and tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Can I request a custom artwork that is not available in your store?
Of course. Simply send the image to our email address and let us know which size and frame option you would like. We can produce it for you as a custom artwork.
Can you produce artwork in custom sizes for my space?
Of course. Simply contact us through the contact section and let us know the size you would like for your space.
Are your canvas artworks hand-painted?
No. Our artworks are high-quality giclée-style digital prints produced on premium canvas fabric using the latest printing technologies.
What materials do you use?
We use premium quality canvas fabric, durable wooden stretcher frames, and high-resolution giclée printing technology to create our artworks.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders with express delivery to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes around 2–4 business days.
Is the artwork ready to hang?
Yes. Our framed and stretched canvas artworks are delivered ready to hang with hanging hardware attached. Only the rolled canvas option is shipped in a protective tube and is not ready to hang.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within the first 15 days after delivery.
